Choose between 4 different types of paella:
– Seafood paella: The best known in the world. Prawns, calamari, squid, and fish. This one is a classic in every Spanish household!
– Meat paella: A mix of different meats is added to the rice along with spices and lots of love.
–Vegetarian paella: For veggies lovers, a seasonal mix of vegetables and a strong vegetable broth to give the rice the best taste.
– Black paella: Made with squid and its ink. It is served with garlic sauce!
Do you know you can join our paella master class tour if you are staying in Barcelona?
You can catch the train at Sants train station and we will pick you up at Sitges train station. More info on how to get to Sitges in this link. At the end of the tour, you can enjoy Sitges and its beaches. We could suggest a few good places to have lunch.

Hands-on to make the most famous dish from Spain! Learn how to make your own paella and bring back home the taste of Spain. After a small ride around the lovely vineyards of the Alt-Penedes and a tour of an ancient winery, you will be given a class on how to make the chosen paella. A fun and delicious experience, it combines tasty and fresh Paella, a bit of cycling and lots of fun!
ITINERARY OF OUR PAELLA MASTER CLASS.
We’ll start the day by picking you up at your accommodation or designated location in Sitges at 9 am. From there, we’ll take a short 20-minute drive to Vilafranca del Penedes.
Once we arrive, we’ll fit you with a safety helmet, give you a detailed safety talk, and allocate a bike for you. Then, we’ll embark on a 15 km bike ride around the picturesque vineyards. We’ll make stops along the way to ensure your comfort and offer a refreshing drink.
After our bike ride, we’ll head to CAVES ROMAGOSA TORNE where we’ll learn about the process of wine and cava making. We’ll gain insight into the techniques used to make these world-renowned beverages.
Next, it’s time to get hands-on and participate in a Paella Master Class. We’ll look at the ingredients and learn how to make this classic Spanish dish. Once the paella is ready, we’ll sit down to eat and relax for a bit.
Finally, we’ll wrap up the day by driving you back to your accommodation in Sitges, arriving at about 2 pm.

Pickups start at 9 am. We will pick you up from your hotel or a designated place in Sitges. Some hotels are on pedestrianised streets and we can’t get to them. At the end of the tour, we will drop you back at your hotel at around 2 pm.

All the ingredients to make the paella and a glass of wine or cava. You will be able to purchase more drinks if you would like. The Paella Master Class is all hands-on food!
