General Booking.
How and when should I book a tour?
Book as soon as you can — tours fill up fast in high season. Book online via the tour page with a 25% deposit, or pay by cash with the same deposit on the day you confirm.
How does hotel pick-up work?
Pick-ups start at 9 am, from your hotel or an agreed meeting point in Sitges. A few hotels are on pedestrianised streets we can’t reach directly — when you book, tell us where you’re staying, and we’ll sort the nearest spot.
Can I do a tour if I’m staying in Barcelona?
Yes. Take the train from Sants Station to Sitges, and we’ll meet you at Sitges train station. Regular tours run from 9 am to around 2 pm, so you’ve got the afternoon free for the beach or exploring Sitges before heading back.
What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours aren’t refunded, but we’ll happily move you to another date at no extra cost.
Are you ready to book your bike tour? The best way to ensure that a tour is available is to book online at least 24 hours in advance. Please call if it is less than 24 hours before the tour you would like to join.
Cycling and Fitness
I’m not an experienced cyclist — can I still do a tour?
Yes. Our cycling day tours cover around 15km, mostly flat or downhill. You should know how to ride a bike, but if you haven’t been on one in a while, we’ll give you time to get comfortable before setting off.
Can I bring my kids on a cycling tour?
There’s no age limit, as long as they can ride. Child seats for ages 1–5, tag-along poles for ages 5–8 who can’t manage the full distance themselves, and kids 8–12 usually ride their own bike. Your guide will work out what’s best on the day.
What should I bring?
Sun cream, sunglasses, comfortable shoes, water, and an appetite. Wine tasting at the vineyard is included in the price — most guests pick up a bottle or two to take home.
What happens if I get tired or can’t finish?
Don’t worry, we will always do the route so you can finish it.
Our gentle adventures take you to some of the most inspiring places in just outside Sitges. We’re sure you’ll unwind as you turn the pedals, but our aim is for you to relax before you even arrive.
Private Tours and Groups.
How do I book a private tour?
Email or call us and we’ll build it around your dates — lunch stops, timing, route changes, all flexible.
What if I need to cancel a private tour?
Cancel 4 weeks or more before, no charge. Inside 2 weeks, 50% is refunded. Inside the final 2 weeks before departure, no refund.
What’s the minimum and maximum group size?
2 to 40 people for our cycling tours. Driving for Vino can take up to 80.
How does payment work for private tours?
50% to reserve the date; the remaining 50% due 2 weeks before departure.
