HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A TOUR?
You should book as soon as possible. During high season our tours get filled up very fast. You can book on the Book Now tab. Cash is also accepted, but you will have to pay a deposit of 25% when you book with us.
HOW DOES THE HOTEL PICK-UP WORK?
Pickups start at 9 am. We will pick you up from your hotel or a designated place in Sitges. Some hotels are on pedestrianized streets and we can’t get to them. When you book please tell us where you are staying so we can pick you up.
CAN I DO THE TOUR IF I’M STAYING IN BARCELONA?
Of course you can! Just get the train at Sants Train Station and we will pick you up at Sitges Train Station. Follow this link to see how to get to Sitges from Barcelona. Our regular tours start and 9 am and finish at around 2 pm, so you have the whole afternoon to discover Sitges and enjoy the beach!
WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I CANCEL?
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled tour. All tours canceled within 24 hours won’t get refunded. We offer rescheduling options for a future tour date without penalty.

I’M NOT AN EXPERIENCED RIDER. CAN I DO THE TOUR?
Our tours are designed for cyclists of all fitness levels and capabilities. We cover around 20 km. Everything is mostly downhill or on the flat.
Guests are expected to know how to ride a bicycle but don’t worry if you’ve not been on a bike for a while before the start we will give you the opportunity to practice in a quiet place.
CAN I JOIN THE CYCLING TOUR WITH THE KIDS?
There is no limit on age, as long as you can ride a bike. For kids aged 1 to 5, we can provide child seats. We also have tagged along poles for kids the age of 5 to 8 that can’t cycle all the way. Children 8 to 12 can ride their own bikes. Our guide will decide what’s best for the occasion.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING?
Sun cream, sunglasses, comfortable shoes, water, and a smile! The wine tour at the vineyard is included in the price. We recommend supporting the locals by getting some wine or cava from them. You won’t be disappointed!
WHAT IF I GET TIRED OR MY HIP POPS OUT?
Don’t worry we are fully insured. Also, the support van is always around, just let us know and we will pick you up and take you for the rest of the tour.

HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE TOUR?
Please get in touch if you would like to book a private tour. You could customize it to your needs. Stop for lunch, change the times, etc.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PRIVATE TOUR?
In case you need to cancel you can do it up to 4 weeks before the tour at no charge. 50% will be refunded if you cancel within 2 weeks of your tour. No refund will be given if you cancel within the last 2 weeks of your tour departure.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON A PRIVATE TOUR?
Two is the minimum and 40 is the maximum on our cycling tours. For the Driving For Vino Tour, the maximum is 80
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE TOUR?
50% of the amount to reserve the date and the rest 2 weeks before your tour departure.
