After choosing the perfect spot—by the pool, on a terrace, or indoors—We will create a cosy, elegant setup with crystal glasses, artisan pairings, and a curated selection of local wines and cavas.
Once we begin, I’ll guide you through a relaxed tasting, sharing the stories behind each bottle and teaching simple sommelier tips to help you recognise aromas, flavours, and regional characteristics. Our sommelier will arrive at your villa in Sitges with everything needed to create a beautifully styled and unforgettable private wine tasting at your villa. After we choose the perfect spot—whether that’s poolside with the Mediterranean breeze, on a sunny terrace overlooking the hills, or inside your cosy holiday home—she will set up an elegant tasting table with crystal glasses, pairing boards, and a handpicked selection of local wines from the Penedès region. The goal is to make your space feel like a charming boutique winery right in the heart of Sitges.
Once everything is perfectly arranged, we’ll begin our wine tasting in Sitges by exploring 4–6 carefully selected regional wines. She will guide you through each bottle, sharing stories about the local vineyards, the winemakers, and the unique grapes that thrive in our sunny climate. You’ll learn simple sommelier techniques—how to swirl, taste, and identify aromas and flavours—while discovering what makes Catalan wines so special.
