Train:

The easiest and most convenient way to get from Barcelona to Sitges is by train. There are regular trains from Barcelona Sants, Barcelona Passeig de Gracia and Estació de França stations to Sitges, with a journey time of around 35 minutes. The trains run every 20 minutes, so you’ll have plenty of options for when to travel.

You can check the schedule and buy tickets on the Renfe on this link. You will have to take the R2 SUD line going to Vilanova i la Geltrú or Sant Vicenç de Calders. The price of the ticket to go to Sitges by train from Barcelona is €4’20.

If you are booked on one of our tours, when you arrive at Sitges, you will be at the Sitges train station, which is located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. We will be waiting for you just outside the Sitges train station.

Bus:

If you prefer to travel by bus, there are also regular buses from Barcelona to Sitges. The journey takes around 50 minutes and they run several times a day, so you’ll have plenty of options for when to travel. You can check the schedule and buy tickets on the Bus Garraf website.

The Barcelona stop is at 33 Ronda Universidad, between Calle Balmes and Plaza Catalunya. There is another stop on Calle Sepúlveda and another at Plaza España.

 

Car:

If you have a car, you can drive from Barcelona to Sitges. The journey takes around 40 minutes and the route is well-signposted. From Barcelona, take the C-32 highway in the direction of Castelldefels and then follow the signs to Sitges. Driving is a good option if you want more flexibility and control over your travel plans.

Remember that after the tour we will be back in Sitges at around 2 pm, so you will have plenty of time to discover Sitges beaches, its restaurants and even the nightlife Sitges has to offer.

 

Taxi or ride-sharing service:

Another option for getting from Barcelona to Sitges is by taxi or ride-sharing service like Uber.


You will be charged using a taximeter depending on distance, so your final fee will depend on the exact location of your destination in Sitges. However, the estimated fee will be around 70€.
